All tour fees must be guaranteed by credit card information when applying.
Tour fees will NOT be charged to the credit card until the tour reaches a minimum of 10 participants for tour to take place and send an email confirmation to you.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made to Hanjin Travel in writing.(gncho@kaltour.com). The following penalty shall apply ;


 * Cancellation received 7 days before the tour : No penalty
 * Cancellation received 6 ~2 days before the tour : 20% of the listed tour fee
 * Cancellation received 1 day before the tour : 50% of the listed tour fee
 * Cancellation received on that day or no-show : 100% of the listed tour fee


 * Cancellation received 14 days before the tour : No penalty
 * Cancellation received 13 ~7 days before the tour : 20% of the listed tour fee
 * Cancellation received 6 ~ 1 day before the tour : 50% of the listed tour fee
 * Cancellation received on that day or no-show : 100% of the listed tour fee
